B & B Cafe instructions
Hi, First you must register to be able to post at our Cafe, to register click on the “log in” at the bottom right under “META” and then on the register. Once you have registered we will send you a password. Once you have received the password log in. The first page you will come to is the Dashboard from this page you can access your Profile. Profile is the last word on the light blue tool bar directly under B & B Cafe. Click on it and filll out your profile and change your password to one of your choosing. Please remember to write it down somewhere so you don’t forget it 
Now you can access all posts by clicking on the word Manage on the tool bar or click on (veiw site) to return to the B & B Cafe to read the latest postings.
When at the Cafe you can look on the right side and pick a specifice catagory. Clicking on that catagory will bring up all posts that have been posted to that catagory filtering out all other posts.
If you wish to return to the Dashboard from the B & B Cafe, look down on the right side ove the page and you will see a section call META. The first link is ”Site Admin” click on this and you will return to the Dashboard
