Since designing and crafting is an art form, not two pieces are exactly alike. If you see a design that has been sold we can try and duplicate it for you as close as we can. If you have a special order, please email your request to us at

and we will do our best to accommodate you. MAKE SURE you put the phrase "special request" in the subject line. We also do repairs and restringing, email us for pricing.

PayPal is our preferred form of ordering and payment but to accommodate customers we offer the following option for ordering & sending payment: Complete this order form and mail to us with payment (check* or money order) to: * Order will not ship until check has cleared.

Shipping & Packaging

Your selections will be sent to you securely packaged in either a jewelry box or silk pouch. If you would prefer one or the other please let us know in the comments box.

Free Gift-wrapping is also available upon request - just write GIFT WRAP in the comment box and what occasion the wrapping should represent.

Free Shipping Within the continental United States on ALL orders over $25.00. All items will ship with in 1-2 business day as long as they are in stock. We will contact you if there will be any shipping delays. Items will be shipped as follows:

Orders totaling $9.99 - $99.99 are shipped USPS First Class Mail
Orders totaling $100.00 and up are shipped USPS Priority Mail

If you wish to speed up your shipping or if you are outside of the continental United States you can pay for the following by adding them to your shopping cart and we will mail them by the method you choose.

USPS Express Mail $20.00

Global Priority Mail $25.00. This is the button you MUST choose if you are outside the USA

Returns

Beads & Baubles jewelry is 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us for an RMA number and return the item within 20 days (in the original packaging) and we will refund the full purchase price less Shipping & Handling costs.

We also guarantee our jewelry from normal everyday wear for one year from date of purchase. If our jewelry should ever break just return it to us with a copy of the receipt, all the parts and $5.00 to cover Shipping and Handling and we will repair it and return it to you.

Please note that custom made items are not eligible for refund however our workmanship is guaranteed as above.
